Ukrainian troops destroy 15 «shakheds» in a massive night attack

Successful Air Defense Operation

During the night of June 1st, Ukrainian air defense units of the Ground Forces successfully destroyed at least 15 «shahids» during a massive night attack.

Combat Footage Released

Video footage of the combat was published by commander Oleksandr Pavlyuk, showing fragments of the combat actions of the 38th Anti-Aircraft Missile Regiment named after General-Major Yuriy Tyutyunnik.

Effective Defense Strategies

It is noted that fighters from this regiment have already destroyed 7 targets since the beginning of the day. During the night, the Air Forces of Ukraine shot down 46 out of 47 «shahids» and 35 out of 53 missiles over the country.

Targeting Energy Facilities

During the massive attack, the enemy targeted energy facilities in the Zaporizhzhia, Dnipropetrovsk, Donetsk, Kirovohrad, and Ivano-Frankivsk regions.
