Rescuers Conduct Preventive Measures at Water Bodies in Pokrovsky District
Rescuers recently conducted preventive measures at the water bodies of Pokrovsky district in Donetsk region. The initiative was organized by the Main Department of the State Emergency Service of Ukraine in the region.
Emergency workers carried out informative work at local water bodies in the village of Mikhaylivka in Novohrodivka community. They spoke to fishermen and holidaymakers about the dangers of swimming in unauthorized areas and warned against risky behaviors like jumping into the water from cliffs or bridges. Additionally, they reminded everyone about the importance of not swimming while intoxicated.
After the event, emergency workers distributed leaflets containing the basic rules of safe behavior on the water. These efforts aim to promote water safety and prevent accidents in the area.
