Paid Parking System in Kyiv

Parking in Kyiv will become paid starting from April 22, with payment available through the «Kyiv Digital» mobile app.

Parking Charges

On weekdays from 8:00 to 22:00, parking in municipal lots will be charged based on city zones:

  • 1 zone: central streets around Khreshchatyk Street — 35 UAH/hour
  • 2 zone: large center from Shuliavka to Pechersk — 25 UAH/hour
  • 3 zone: the rest of the city — 5 UAH/hour

Parking will remain free on weekends and outside these hours.

How to Pay for Parking?

To pay for parking through the app:

  1. Select «Driver Services» → «Hourly parking»
  2. Choose the car number from the list or enter it manually
  3. Select the address and number of the parking lot or use automatic location detection
  4. Press «Start parking»
  5. After completing parking, press «End parking» and pay for the service

Payment can be made with a card, Apple Pay, or Google Pay.
