In the Lozoviy District: Man Held Accountable for Burning Dry Grass

In the village of Domakha in the Lozivska community, a fire broke out on an area of approximately 1 hectare, igniting dry grass, reeds, and shrubs. The State Emergency Service (SES) reported that the culprit behind the fire was a 30-year-old local resident who was trying to get rid of excess vegetation.

The man was fined 3060 hryvnias for the unauthorized burning of vegetation. The SES emphasizes the importance of not provoking fires in natural ecosystems, as such actions not only damage the environment but also endanger flora, fauna, and the lives of those responsible.
