A conflict took place in the village of Putrovka in the Fastiv district of the Kyiv region, where a father-in-law attacked his son-in-law with a knife. The incident was reported by the police.

Details of the Incident

Law enforcement officers stated that the men had been drinking alcohol together, which led to a heated argument and eventually a physical altercation. The father-in-law reportedly stabbed his 30-year-old son-in-law in the chest during the fight.

Current Situation

The victim has been taken to the hospital for treatment, while the attacker has been arrested and is currently in police custody. The perpetrator could face up to 8 years in prison for intentionally causing grievous bodily harm under part 1 of article 121 of the Criminal Code of Ukraine.
