This was reported by the NASA Jet Propulsion Laboratory (JPL), according to Ukrinform.

According to NASA data, the length of this celestial object is 427 meters.

The distance between the asteroid and our planet is 7.37 million kilometers, and its speed is 26,568 km/h.

NASA considers the asteroid a «potentially hazardous object» if it approaches Earth at a distance less than 7.4 million kilometers and its size exceeds 150 meters.

As Ukrinform reported, the National Aeronautics and Space Administration (NASA) previously announced the flyby of the asteroid 2024 KA2 near Earth on Tuesday, June 4.
