Bulgaria’s acting Prime Minister Dimitar Glavchev has announced his country’s intention to propose peaceful negotiations between Russia and Ukraine at the upcoming NATO summit in Washington. He emphasized the importance of such talks being in accordance with international law and the UN Charter.

«I believe that we should actively support peaceful initiatives, and Bulgaria is ready to act as a mediator. My proposal holds the potential for restoring dialogue and reducing conflictual tensions,» Glavchev stated.
