On Wednesday, July 10, an open discussion on lobbying and Government Relations will take place in the capital with the participation of members of parliament, business representatives, public figures, journalists, and other stakeholders. The event is organized by the Ukrainian Association for GR and lobbyists, together with the NGO «Stop Corruption,» and will be held at the StopCor media center at 43/2 Predslavynska Street. The event is scheduled to start at 4:00 pm.

The main goal of the event

The main goal of the event is to create an open dialogue between the government, civil society, and business regarding the draft law on lobbying and advocacy aimed at supporting Ukraine’s integration into the EU and reducing the risks of political corruption.

One of the special guests at the event is Katerina Odarchenko, a well-known Ukrainian communications expert, CEO & Founder of SIC Group LLC, member of IGAPA, and co-founder of the «LOBBY CLUB» Washington office.

It is worth noting that last year in October, a round table with representatives of government bodies, civil society, and the media on regulating lobbying and advocacy took place in Kyiv, aimed at accelerating Ukraine’s European integration and preventing corruption risks.
