Four members of wealthy UK families sentenced for exploiting workers in Geneva
Four members of the wealthiest families in the UK have been sentenced to prison for exploiting workers in their villa in Geneva. A court in Switzerland found Prakash and Kamal Hindujas guilty, sentencing them to 4.5 and 4 years respectively. Their representatives, Adjay and his wife Namrata, also received prison terms. They had been using workers of Indian descent, paying them significantly less than required by Swiss law and restricting their freedoms.
