New Zealand and Japan strengthen information security cooperation
New Zealand and Japan have announced an agreement on the exchange of classified information against the backdrop of China’s increasing militarization in the Indo-Pacific region. The agreement was announced by Prime Ministers Christopher Luxon and Fumio Kishida. Both leaders emphasized the importance of strengthening strategic partnership in the field of information security amid geopolitical challenges in the region.
