In June, possible increase in tariff for grain wagons

In June, there may be an increase in the tariff for using grain wagons of the branch «Center for Transport Logistics» of JSC «Ukrzaliznytsia». This information was announced by the deputy director of the Department of Transport Technology and Commercial Work Valeriy Tkachov during an online meeting with participants of the agricultural market on May 23.

According to a company representative, there is a significant demand for their wagons, with an average of loading about 250 wagons daily. Yesterday, this figure exceeded 400 wagons, which is a record for the past two months. This indicates a high demand for wagons of the branch «Center for Transport Logistics».

Taking into account this dynamic development, an increase in the tariff for using grain wagons of the branch «Center for Transport Logistics» may occur next month.

It is worth noting that in April and May, the tariff for using grain wagons was 1100 hryvnias per day excluding VAT.
