Lviv’s New Sports and Recreation Area
Lviv will start arranging a sports and recreation area on the lake in the village of Navariya. This was announced by the deputy mayor Lyubomyr Zubach, noting that the construction will not be capital-intensive, but aimed at improving the territory.
Non-budget funds will be used to implement the project, as well as creating conditions for the sports rehabilitation of Ukrainian military personnel. All of this is intended to make the area as inclusive as possible.
Architect Taras Sulyk presented a concept that includes the installation of sports grounds, pedestrian paths, camping and nature viewing areas, as well as the renovation of parking infrastructure.
