Ukrainian President Volodymyr Zelensky Visits Dnipro

During his visit to Dnipro, President Zelensky was informed about the tragic news of eight people killed in a Russian missile attack on the region. The President inspected a damaged five-story building in the city that was hit during the night of heavy rocket shelling.

Aftermath of the Attack

Two floors of the building were completely destroyed, with nearby structures and the train station also affected. Two psychological support points were set up to assist those impacted by the attack.

Thanking the Rescuers

President Zelensky expressed his gratitude to the rescuers who were working tirelessly to clear the aftermath of the Russian shelling and help the victims. He was briefed on the situation by regional administration chief Serhiy Lysak during a security meeting.

Destruction of Infrastructure

The locomotive depot in Dnipro suffered damage, and several infrastructure objects in the region’s settlements were destroyed as a result of the attack.
