Brutal Beating in Kharkiv: Teenager Under the Influence of Alcohol Commits Violent Attack
In Kharkiv, a 16-year-old teenager, under the influence of alcohol, committed a brutal beating of two passersby near a shopping center. The incident occurred in the evening of March 28, when the young man, starting a verbal altercation with a man and his 15-year-old son, began to insult them with obscenities.
After that, the teenager without warning attacked the victims and began to beat them. The victims fell to the ground, and the aggressor continued to kick them.
Law enforcement officers promptly apprehended the perpetrator. Currently, he is suspected under Part 2 of Article 296 of the Criminal Code of Ukraine, which provides for punishment in the form of restraint of liberty for a term up to five years or imprisonment for up to four years.
