Shopping center on Zamarstynivska Street
Zamarstynivska Street, 71-A, will undergo reconstruction to turn a non-residential building into a trade and service complex.
The project involves a plot at the intersection of Zamarstynivska and Remisnycha streets. The existing building is planned to be converted into an office without residential function. The project proposes to build a 4-story building with an offset top floor.
Shopping center with a cinema on Navrotskoho Street
A multifunctional complex with embedded public service premises, a kindergarten, residential units on the upper floors, underground parking, a transformer substation, and engineering facilities will be built on Navrotskoho Street, 69. It will be a modern business complex with food courts, a cinema, a shopping center, and a business center.
Shopping center in Bilohorshcha
A shopping and entertainment center is planned to be built on Bilohorshcha Street in Lviv, which will include dining facilities, public service premises, and parking. The construction is planned to be carried out on a plot that is put up for sale through an electronic auction.
Shopping and entertainment center in Ryasne
In the Ryasne microdistrict, a multifunctional building with above-ground and underground parking is planned to be built. 8,000 square meters of trading spaces will be created on the site of the current under construction.
Shopping center near «Lubynske Siahvo»
