The company «Ukrenerhomashyny» expansion
The company «Ukrenerhomashyny» from Kharkiv plans to open branches in Lviv, Zakarpattia, and Chernivtsi regions. This decision was made by the supervisory board on April 18th.
The specific functions and locations of the branches will be approved by the supervisory board.
Previously, the company was considering the possibility of creating a separate branch in Lviv or Uzhhorod. However, at the shareholders’ meetings in 2022 and 2023, this decision was not taken.
In 2021, the company «Ukrainian Power Machines» was established by combining two Kharkiv plants — «Electrotyazhmash» and «Turboatom». «Turboatom» is the only manufacturer of turbine equipment for hydro, thermal, and nuclear power plants in Ukraine.
98.1% of the shares of PJSC «Ukrainian Power Machines» are owned by the government through the Cabinet of Ministers.
