Camouflaging Military Air Defense Unit Near Kerch

On the «Tavrida» highway near Kerch, a fence is being installed to camouflage a Russian military air defense unit. According to Krym.Realii, several brigades of workers are working quickly to install the fence sections. The unit is located at the ninth kilometer of the highway and is home to the 3rd radio-technical regiment of the Armed Forces of Russia. This regiment is based on the former Ukrainian military unit A-0883, which was captured in 2014.

Previously, Krym.Realii has observed a significant amount of military equipment on the unit’s territory, including radar stations, «Tor» complexes, artillery installations, and possibly S-300 and S-400 anti-aircraft missile systems.
