Active Reconstruction of Street Lighting in Lviv
In Lviv, active reconstruction of the street lighting system continues. According to the press service of the Lviv City Council, the most significant changes include:
- Restoration of external lighting near the monument to Mykhailo Hrushevsky on Shevchenko Avenue
- Reconstruction of street lamps on Pylnykarska Street, near Rynok Square
- Replacement of cable networks and lamps on Mykhailo Horynia Street (formerly known as Skrypnyk Street) in the Sykhivskyi district
In addition, 90 new LED lamps have been installed on Hotkevycha, Kavaleridze, Zubrivska, Manastyrskoho, and Dovzhenko streets, also located in the Sykhivskyi district. These steps are part of the city’s strategy to increase energy efficiency and reduce environmental impact, reflecting Lviv’s commitment to sustainable development and a comfortable environment for residents and guests of the city.
