Mayor Vitali Klitschko has appealed to the Verkhovna Rada and the government with proposals to address the challenging situation regarding housing for internally displaced persons. He emphasized the importance of reinstating the regulation on developers’ free transfer of a portion of apartments in newly built buildings to the community, and also suggested several other measures, such as the establishment of an online platform and state support programs.
