Since the beginning of the conflict in Ukraine, many international organizations, foundations, and foreign state representations have been actively implementing financial support programs for various categories of the population through the eHelp portal. Currently, the acceptance of applications for financial assistance is temporarily suspended, but some organizations continue to provide assistance to Ukrainians.

Focus on those affected by the war

Special attention is focused on people who have suffered as a result of the war, in particular on internally displaced persons and those who have returned from evacuation. These individuals can receive financial assistance in the amount of 3,600 UAH per each family member for a period of 3 months. Detailed criteria are available on the website.

Support for families from vulnerable categories

Assistance is also provided to families from vulnerable categories who were evacuated from the frontline communities of the Kharkiv and Sumy regions. These families can receive 10,800 UAH for each evacuated person.
