A special screening of the documentary film «20 Days in Mariupol» at the Vatican
A special screening of the documentary film «20 Days in Mariupol» by director Mstislav Chernov took place at the Vatican for the diplomatic corps accredited to the Holy See, reports Uspih in UA.
The event, held in the Synod Hall, was organized with the support of the embassies of the United Kingdom and Ukraine, according to risu.ua.
During the event, attended by heads and employees of various departments of the Roman Curia, British Ambassador Christopher Trott addressed the audience with greetings. He was followed by the Ukrainian Ambassador to the Holy See, Andriy Yurash, who expressed gratitude to the international community for their support, and then passed the microphone to Bishop Pavlo Honcharuk of the Kharkiv-Zaporizhzhia RCC. The latter presented the audience with the award-winning documentary film, which has received prestigious awards, including an «Oscar».
