The Kherson Regional Prosecutor’s Office Takes Action Against Court Head

The Kherson Regional Prosecutor’s Office has sent an indictment to court against the head of the Genichesk District Court for state treason and collaboration activities. According to the investigation, in July 2022, she cooperated with the enemy by transferring the personal data of court employees and other Ukrainian citizens living in the occupied territory to a Russian curator through a messenger.

In July 2023, the woman took on the position of a «judge» in the self-proclaimed «Genichesk District Court of Kherson Region», where she facilitated the functioning of an illegal body and handled cases according to Russian legislation.
