Former Deputy Head of the Office of the President Andriy Smirnov Charged with Illegal Enrichment

Andriy Smirnov has been charged with illegal enrichment in the amount of 15.7 million hryvnias. His actions are in violation of Article 368-5 of the Criminal Code of Ukraine. A preliminary investigation conducted by NABU detectives revealed that from 2020 to 2022, Smirnov acquired assets worth 17.1 million hryvnias, including cars, motorcycles, real estate, and land plots.
