The CEO of «Kyivenergo» Warns of Potential Power Restrictions in Kyiv

The CEO of «Kyivenergo», Denis Bondar, stated at a briefing that the spring attacks on energy facilities have led to a critical state of Ukraine’s energy system. He also noted that in case of increased demand for electricity and continued Russian shelling of energy facilities, power restrictions may be implemented in Kyiv.

«We are currently working with ‘Kyiv Digital’ for the convenience of Kyiv residents. In case of implementing power restrictions, ‘Kyiv Digital’ will notify our clients half an hour in advance,» — said Bondar. He also added that «currently no restrictions are being applied in the city».
